    높은 동위원소 비율 재현성을 위한 독보적인 검출 시스템
    이미 입증된 IMS 7f 장비에서 파생된 IMS 7f-GEO에는 이중 패러데이 컵 검출기 시스템과 전자 증배관이 결합된 새로우면서도 독보적인 검출 시스템이 장착되어 있습니다. 이러한 구성 덕분에 데이터 획득 시간이 단축되며 안정 동위원소 비율 측정을 위해 서브 퍼밀 수준의 정밀도를 보장하는 유사 바이 콜렉션(pseudo bi-collection) 모드로 분석이 실행될 수 있습니다. 이중 패러데이 컵 시스템은 빠른 질량 피크 전환 시스템(높은 질량 분해능에서 0.3초)과 결합되어 있어 정밀도 및 분석 처리량과 관련해서 더 많은 장점을 제공합니다.

    IMS 7f-GEO는 위의 예에서 설명된 이중 패러데이 컵 검출기 시스템의 구현을 통해 분석 부분에서 크게 개선되었습니다(우측 상단, 합성 석영에서 18O/16O의 동위원소 비율 분석)
    0.4 퍼밀 이상의 통계적 정밀도가 요구되는 경우 측정 시간은 3,000초 이상이 될 수 있지만 IMS 7f-GEO 유사 바이 콜렉션 모드를 사용하면 최대 56초로 줄어들 수 있습니다.

      This free on-demand webinar focuses on the IMS 7f-Geo, a small-geometry versatile SIMS model designed to meet the high precision/high throughput requirements of stable isotope and trace element analysis for the geosciences community. After an introduction to the SIMS technique and a presentation of IMS 7f-GEO key instrumental features, different examples of studies based on stable isotope measurements will be presented. It also includes a short overview of the CAMECA SIMS instrument portfolio addressing geosciences applications.

    Helmholtz Zentrum Dresden Rossendorf, Germany
    The CAMECA IMS series instrument in Rossendorf is coupled to an accelerator mass spectrometer at the core of the "Super-SIMS" initiative of the Helmholtz Institute Freiberg for Resource Technology.
